My Journey
My career is defined by a series of intentional transformations aimed at bridging the gap between clinical reality, technical innovation, and legal protection. I began my professional life as a licensed occupational therapist after graduating from National Taiwan University, an experience that instilled in me a deep empathy for users and a firsthand understanding of the utility of medical devices.
Driven by a passion for protecting ideas, I transitioned into the legal field and became a Registered Taiwan Patent Attorney in 2013. For over a decade, I have worked at the forefront of IP law, serving as a Patent Technical Advisor in California and a Patent Attorney in Taipei. I have managed complex portfolios and supported litigation for technologies ranging from oriental medicine to sophisticated software systems.
Recognizing that the future of innovation lies in the synergy between code and counsel, I am currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University. Today, I leverage this multidisciplinary lens to provide strategic, business-minded guidance for inventors and companies navigating the global IP landscape.
